As both my roommate and I were not actually in Philadelphia she was more than willing to visit all of our potential apartments and set up video calls to give us tours. She was completely transparent about all of the locations we were interested in and asked the landlords and management companies all of the questions that we wanted answered. Instantly, I felt like she really wanted to help me find my home. It also helped that she knew the city and neighborhoods really well! At first I was thinking of renting, then buying, then landed on renting again. Each step of the way, Jasmine was helpful by creating a portal for me to look at current rental or buying option in my neighborhoods--and budget-- of choice. I was stressed out, but her reassurance and resourcefulness really helped me make the right decision for this move. I definitely recommend Jasmine for first-home buyers or out-of-state renters who need someone to be their eyes, ears, and feet to look at housing when they aren't able to in-person!
